六味地黄煎剂对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用

摘要: 六味地黄煎剂对四氯化碳、硫代乙酰胺和强的松龙引起的血清谷丙转氨酶活性升高均有明显的降低作用,且能促进四氯化碳中毒小鼠对溴磺酞钠的排泄,亦能显著缩短戊巴比妥钠诱导正常小鼠和四氯化碳中毒小鼠的睡眠时间。结果揭示,六味地黄煎剂对小鼠实验性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用。
