木耳多糖,银耳多糖和银耳孢子多糖对实验性血栓形成的影响

EFFECTS OF POLYSACCHARIDES FROM AURICULARIA AURICULA, TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS AND TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS SPORES ON EXPERIMENTAL THROMBUS FORMATION

  • 摘要: 兔分别ig木耳多糖、银耳多糖和银耳孢子多糖18.5,27.8和41.7 mg.kg,可明显延长特异性血栓及纤维蛋白血栓的形成时间,缩短血栓长度,减轻血栓湿重和干重,减少血小板数,降低血小板粘附率和血液粘度,并可明显缩短豚鼠优球蛋白溶解时间,降低血浆纤维蛋白元含量,升高纤溶酶活性。结果表明,这三种多糖有明显的抗血栓作用。

     

    Abstract: AP, TP and TSP were isolated from Auricularia auricula Underw, Tremella fuciformis Berk and Tremella f uciformis Berks Spores respectively. 18.5 mg/ kg AP, 27.8 mg/ kg TP and 41.7 mg/ kg TSP (ig) remarkedly prolonged characteristic thrombus formation time
