一步制粒法(marumcrbation)成球的动力学(英文)

Kinetics of Sphere Growth in Marumerization

  • 摘要: 采用“混合材料-挤压成粒-滚转成球”的一步法制粒机(marumerizer)制备了扑热息痛微球,观察到软材在机中停留时间越长,大球粒子(直径大于14目)形成的比例越高。根据两细粒碰撞聚集成球的假说,认为可按二级速度方程式,推算出剩余细粒的倒数1/(s-x)与机中停留时间(t)呈线性关系,实验证实了这种关系(r=0.999)。实验还证明了滚转时间越长,球粒中药物的释放速度越慢。溶出速率试验表明,这种球粒中药物的释放符合Higuch的平方根函数关系。
