Syntheis of Acyl Derivatives of N-Substituted Glycines

摘要: 为了寻找新的血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI),我们合成了8个N-取代甘氨酸酰化物,它们为对-羟基苯甲酰-N-取代甘氨酸、2,4-二氧苯氧乙酰-N-取代甘氨酸、邻-苯二甲酰-N-取代甘氨酸和6-硝基-8-甲氧基香豆素-3-甲酰-N-取代甘氨酸等三类化合物。为避免各步反应产物不易分离带来的麻烦,分别用酰氯法、酸酐法和DCC法合成这些化合物,用常规结晶方法即可精制产物。药理试验表明这些化合物没有显著的ACE活性。
