药代动力学与药效动力学结合模型效应参数的计算程序

Computer Program for the Effect Parameters of Combined Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic Model

摘要: 根据Shciner提出的房室模型,设计了一种计算机程序,用于药代动力学与药效动力学结合模型效应参数的计算。本程序采用一种随机模式搜索寻优的算法,通过对给药后血药-时间和效应-时间的数据同时拟合,估算房室模型的效应参数。这种程序上机后,可得到最小方差的最佳估算值。它可以分别对静注、肌注和滴注三种给药方式进行效应参数的估算。本文以二房室静注模型为例,对呋喃苯胺酸的药代动力学与药效动力学结合模型的曲线拟合和效应参数进行估算。
