摘要: 以鲁米诺-过氧化氢-二价铜离子为化学发光体系,以苦杏仁甙的水解产物氰根离子为淬灭剂。在最佳实验条件下,实现了有效而稳定的淬灭,达到间接测定苦杏仁甙的目的,结果满意。
