利用离子交换树脂制备弹性酶

Preparation of Elastase by Ion Exchange Resin

  • 摘要: 采用SP树脂制备弹性酶。每公斤猪胰脏可得比活为30.69 u/mg的弹性酶7.03g。活力回收率为66.0%。同时还将SP树脂与国内生产弹性酶的J_2树脂、113树脂及Amberlite CG50进行了比较。实验结果表明:利用SP树脂吸附弹性酶后的母液仍可回收胰激肽释放酶。
