Effect of Aging on the Function of Human White Blood Cell

摘要: 本文比较了不同年龄不同性别的人体外周血白细胞在PHA诱导下DNA和蛋白质合成的能力及IL-2的产生水平。结果表明,在30岁至65岁年龄组之间,上述三项指标均平行下降,DNA合成下降50%,蛋白质合成下降43%,IL-2水平下降47%;同时发现该三项指标在两性间似无明显差异。说明在人体衰老过程中人外周血白细胞的IL-2产生明显下降,这可能与老龄人群免疫功能系统功能降低有关。
