  • 摘要: 血清及尿液中肌酐的测定是临床及药物检验的一个常规分析项目。临床通常采用Jaffe反应,即肌酐与苦味酸的氢氧化钠溶液生成黄红色复合物,用手工比色法测定肌酐含量。临床分析样品多,工作量大,很有必要实现操作的自动化。流动注射分析(FIA)分析速度
