摘要: 阿魏酸对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳壳肿胀和醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高以及组胺引起的大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性升高,对角叉菜胶、蛋清和甲醛所致的大鼠足跖肿胀均有明显的抑制作用;摘除双侧肾上腺后其抗炎作用仍然存在。阿魏酸显著抑制大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生、降低炎性组织中PGE_2的释放量,还能抑制角叉菜胶所致炎性渗出,但不减少渗出液中自细胞数量。此外,阿魏酸亦可降低补体旁路的溶血活性。
