摘要: 美丽红豆杉素B(Taxamairin B) (Ⅰ)是1985年从美丽红豆杉茎皮中首次分离得到,对肝癌细胞有一定的抑制作用。3-异丙基-4,5-二甲氧基苯乙酮缩酮(Ⅵ)是全合成美丽红豆杉素B的重要中间体,它可由3-异丙基-4-羟基-5-甲氧基苯乙酮(Ⅳ)
