粉防己中季铵双苄基异喹啉生物碱的CD谱

Circular Dichroism Spectra of the Quaternary Bisbenzylisoquinoline Alkaloids from Stephania tetrandra

摘要: 圆二色散(CD)光谱法是双苄基异喹啉(BBI)生物碱构型测定的极为有效的方法,但季铵双苄基异喹啉(QBBI)生物碱的CD谱却未见报道。为探讨QBBI生物碱的CD谱,本文对从粉防已块根中分离得到并经结构鉴定的QBBI生物碱的CD谱进行了初步的研究。结果表明,QBBI生物碱的CD谱与其相应的BBI生物碱的CD谱大致相似,但亦存在着差异。
