Synthesis of 5-Cyanouracil Derivatives

  • 摘要: 合成了20个1,6-二取代-5-氰基脲嘧啶和1,3,6-三取代-5-氰基脲嘧啶类化合物。经波谱分析证实其结构。生物活性试验表明这些化合物没有PDE抑制活性。
