蒺藜对迟发型变态反应的抑制作用

  • 摘要: 蒺藜水提取物对迟发型变态反应影响的研究表明,结果发现,蒺藜明显抑制2,4,6-三硝基氯苯(PC)及2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)所致的接触性皮炎和绵羊红细胞(SRBC)所致的足跖反应。对PC所致迟发型变态反应(PC-DTH)的效应期无影响;对用环磷酰胺(Cy)前处理而增强的PC-DTH,蒺藜致敏后给药有明显的抑制作用,而致敏前给药则无作用;但对未用Cy处理的小鼠,致敏前给予蒺藜则抑制了PC-DTH。此外,蒺藜对二甲苯以及巴豆油引起的小鼠耳壳炎症反应均无影响。以上结果表明,蒺藜水提取物对迟发型变态反应的抑制作用主要是通对抑制诱导期中的效应细胞(T_(DTH))的分化与形成。
