适应卡尔曼滤波分光光度法同时测定复方扑热息痛注射液各组分的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Paracetamol and Antipyrin Contained in Compound Injection of Paracetamol by Adaptive Kalman Filtering Spectrophotometry

  • 摘要: 本文应用适应卡尔曼滤波分光光度法同时测定了复方扑热息痛注射液各组分的含量,扑热息痛、安替比林的平均回收率分别为100.4%和100.2%,变异系数分别为0.72%和1.28%,结果优于常规卡尔曼滤波法。适应卡尔曼滤波法为相互干扰的多组分体系直接测定提供了一种新的方法。
