Quantitative Determination of Prednisone Acetate by the First Derivative High-Speed Pulse Polarography

  • 摘要: 本文利用一阶导数高速脉冲极谱法定量分析醋酸泼尼松及其制剂。在1.2×10~2mol/LH_2SO_4的乙醇和水(3:2)的底液中,于-1.05 V(vs Ag/AgCl)处出现一良好的峰,在5.0×10~5～2.5×10~(-4)mol/L范围内,药物浓度与峰电流呈线性关系。检测限为2.5×10~(-10)mol/L。本法操作简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确。
