摘要: 用山药水煎剂30,60 g/kg给小鼠灌胃连续10 d,可以降低正常小鼠的血糖,对四氧嘧啶引起的小鼠糖尿病有预防及治疗作用,并可对抗由肾上腺素或葡萄糖引起的小鼠血糖升高。结果表明山药有降血糖作用。
