四环素荧光法区分大鼠梗塞心脏中梗塞区、灌流区及非梗塞区

Determination of the Infarcted, Risk and Non-infarcted Zone of the Infarcted Rat Heart by Tetracycline Fluoroscent Staining

  • 摘要: 大鼠iv四环素30 min后,按荧光强度将梗塞心脏(缺血60 min—再灌23 h)分为无荧光区(梗塞区),强荧光区(灌流区)和弱荧光区(非梗塞区)。电镜及SOD测定证实区分合理,与Evans蓝—红四氮唑染色配对比较,结果一致。普萘洛尔能显著缩小无荧光区及增加强荧光区的重量。
