毛细管气相色谱法测定羧苯氮烯钠的小鼠血药浓度

Determination of p-(3,3-Dimethyl-1-Triazneo) Benzoic Acid by Capillary Gas Chromatographic Method

  • 摘要: 将羧苯氮烯钠甲酯化,以十八烷作内标,采用毛细管气相色谱法测定了羧苯氮烯钠的小鼠血药浓度。血浆样品经酸化用醋酸乙酯提取,回收率大于95%。该方法的线性范围为2~20μg,检测限为0.1μg。采用8 m×0.3 mm I.D.的SE30石英毛细管柱,柱温155~240℃,进样器和检测器温度为260℃,检测器为FID,载气为高纯氮气,柱前压0.3 kg/cm~2,每份样品的分析时间不超过15 win。小鼠iv 10 mg/kg后,血药一时间数据用二房室模型描述,其药物动力学参数α和β分别为0.157 min~(-1)和0.0134 min~(-1)。
