美托洛尔膜控片的制备及药动学研究

摘要: 为稳定体内血浓,延长美托洛尔作用时间,避免频繁给药,研制了美托洛尔膜控片,并与美国Geigy公司缓释片及华瑞制药有限公司的普通片进行了体内药动学比较,体内血浓用GC-ECD法测定,体内动态过程符合单室模型,经计算机用Gauss-Newton-Damping法处理求得药动学参数。
