黄芪和何首乌对老龄小鼠胸腺影响的形态计量研究

Effects of Astragalus Mongholicus and Polygonum Multiflorum on Thymus in Aged Mice-Morphological Quantitative Study

  • 摘要: 本文观察了黄芪(A组)或何首乌(P组)单用及两药联用(AP组)对老龄小鼠胸腺的影响,并用形态计量学方法进行分析。对照组(C组)胸腺呈明显退化。A、P、AP组与C组相比,胸腺重量和体积明显增大;光镜下皮质显著增厚,皮髓质分界清楚,细胞密度明显增大。计量结果,面密度(Sv)、体密度(Vv)、面数密度(N_A)在淋巴细胞核,各实验组与C组相比,均有显著性差异;在非淋巴细胞,AP组与C组间有显著性差异。数密度(Nv)最高的淋巴细胞群体的核直径在三个实验组均增大。表明黄芪和何首乌有促使老龄小鼠胸腺呈明显形态逆转变化的作用,两药联用,作用增强。
