中药麦冬类的粉末显微鉴定研究

Microscopic Identification of the Powder of Chinese Drug Mai-Dong (Radix Ophiopognis)

摘要: 本文首次对来源于百合科沿阶草属(Ophiogon Ker-Gawl.)和山麦冬属(Liriope Lour.)16种(变种)麦冬进行了粉末显微鉴定研究。发现块根内、外皮层细胞,草酸钙结晶形状为属间鉴别依据;外皮层细胞形状,石细胞大小、壁厚,内皮层细胞形状,草酸钙结晶大小及管胞的类型为种间的主要鉴别特征。
