  • 摘要: 报道了一种利用人外周血灰黄层细胞大批量制备人血白细胞介素-2的方法。通过比较不同培养时间、细胞浓度、刺激物浓度的影响,发现经预培养和凝集素与病毒的联合刺激能提高白细胞介素-2的产量,且适用于批量生产。
