6-羟基多巴胺损毁去甲肾上腺素背束易化海马内注射喹啉酸引起的癫痫发作(英文)

6-Hydroxydopamine Lesion of Dorsal Noradrenergic Bundle Facilitates the Expression of Seizures Induced by Intrahippocampal Quinolinic Acid Infusion

  • 摘要: 6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)损毁去甲肾上腺素(NE)背束后观察背侧海马内注射内源性兴奋性氨基酸喹啉酸(Quin)引起的脑电、行为和神经病理学变化。6-OHDA排空中枢NE,促进20 nmol Quin引起的癫痫发作,而对120nmol Quin引起的癫痫发作无明显影响。神经病理学结果表明中枢NE排空不影响Ouin引起的海马细胞降解。结果提示中枢NE系统可能调控Quin引起的癫痫发作。
