10种郁李仁有效成分的分析鉴定研究

Study on the Analysis of Yuliren by TLC and Electrophoresis

  • 摘要: 利用薄层扫描法测定了10种郁李仁的苦杏仁甙含量。以欧李、毛叶欧李、榆叶梅、李种子中含量高于2.25%。郁李仁甙A和郁李仁甙B仅存在于欧李、毛叶欧李、郁李、长梗郁李、麦李等5种植物种子中。郁李仁甙A在麦李的含量为0.29%,其它4种含量差异不大,均大于0.70%。对10种郁李仁可溶性蛋白进行了SDS-Tris-甘氨酸聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,表明除欧李、毛叶欧李、郁李、长梗郁李、麦李具有相似的谱带外,其它种郁李仁电泳色谱间有一定的差异。
