An Experimental Study of Detecting HBcAg in Serum by ELISA

摘要: 用生物素标记抗HBc-IgG和亲和素标记HRP,并选用3mol/L KSCN作裂解剂,建立了检测血清HBcAg的BA-ELISA方法。该法不仅特异、敏感、稳定,而且简化操作程序,缩短检测时间,有利于在临床上推广应用。

Abstract: A hiotin-avidin-ELISA technique used to detect HBeAg in human serum was developed. In this technique, biotinylated IgG of human anti-HBc and avidin-peroxidase conjugate were used for markers, and 3 mol/L KSCN was used for Separation. It was found that the
