Synthesis of Progesterone Receptor Antagonist ZK98299

  • 摘要: 采用不同于文献报道的合成路线,从△~(4.9)-雌甾二烯-3,17-二酮开始经七步反应得到孕酮受体拮抗剂ZK98299(8b)及其C_(17)差向异构体,总收率达4.7%,化合物5、6a、6b、7a、7b、8c尚未见文献报道。

     

    Abstract: Progesterone receptor antagonist ZK98299 (8b) and its C_(17)-iso-mer (8a) were synthesized from A~(4.9)-estradien-3,7-dione (1) via seven-step process in 4.7% total yield.
