霜剂中氢化可的松和尼泊金乙酯的高效液相色谱分析

High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Analysis of Hydrocortisone and Nipagin in Creams

  • 摘要: 建立了同时测定霜剂中氢化可的松和尼泊金乙酯的高效液相色谱分析法。样品以乙醇提取,以反相C-18为固定相,甲醇-水(3:2)为流动相,紫外254 nm检测。考察了保留值与流动相组成的关系和影响测定的因素。回收率测定的结果为:氢化可的松98.42%,尼泊金99.62%。
