    Abstract: The metablism product of cloxazolam 7-chloro-5-o-chlorophenyl-1, 3-dihydro-1, 4-benzodiazepin-2-one (2) was prepared by 2, 5-dichloro-2-bromoacetamidobenzophenone, undergoing idonization, aminazition and cyclolization.
