气敏法动态浓度测量中的预测技术研究

Research of Intelligent Forecast Technique in Measuring of Dynamic Concentration with Gas-Sensing Method

  • 摘要: 用实验方法研究了半导体气敏传感器(QM 211型)在气体浓度阶跃作用下的响应和恢复特性,发现它们均可用超越函数模型近似。据此建立了气敏法动态浓度测量中的智能预测技术,结果与实验基本一致,从而解决了气敏法动态测控中的滞后现象。并建立了快速测定气敏传感器响应时间和恢复时间的新方法。
