HPLC Analysis of Ketoprofen Liniment and Its Stability Study

摘要: 建立了酮基布洛芬搽剂含量测定的高效液相色谱法,该法简便,快速,专属性强,回收率为100.20%(CV=0.52%),同时进行了光、热稳定性加速试验,结果表明该搽剂遇光不稳定,对热较稳定,在避光条件下室温贮存有效期为2.1年。
