Effects of Astragalus Mongholicus and Polygonum Multiflorum on Thymus in Aged Mice-Ultrastructural Study

  • 摘要: 观察了单用黄芪(A组)、何首乌(P组)和两药联用(AP组)对15月龄小鼠胸腺超微结构的影响。对照组(C组)胸腺呈明显退化。A、P、AP组与C组相比,细胞密度明显增大,其胸腺细胞一般呈圆形或卵圆形,并多见有线分裂相;而在明型上皮性网状细胞、巨噬细胞和交错突细胞内,线粒体嵴部分或全部清晰可见,粗面内质网或轻度扩张、或呈扁平囊状;明型上皮性网状细胞、巨噬细胞和交错突细胞各自与胸腺细胞紧贴形成的花环也较常见。上述变化在AP组尤为明显,表明黄芪何首乌均有促进老龄小鼠胸腺超微结构明显逆转变化的作用,两药联用,作用增强。
