Preparation and Antibacterical Activity of Four New Complexes Between La, Pr, Nd or Sm and Lomefloxacin

  • 摘要: 在丙酮和水组成的混合溶剂中,合成了La、Pr、Nd、Sm-洛美沙星的四种新的配合物,通过元素分析和红外光谱确定了配合物的组成和配位形式。用系列试管稀释法测定了配合物的体外抗菌活性。结果表明。稀土-洛美沙星配合物的脂溶性好,稀土离子对配体洛美沙星的抗菌活性不产生抑制作用。
