香附、川芎、赤芍、黄芪、归尾配伍抗血小板聚集作用及某些机理研究

Effect and Mechanism of Antiplatelet Aggregation of Cyperus Rotundus,Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Paeonia Lactiflora in Combination with Astragalus Membranaceus and Angelica Sinensis

  • 摘要: 实验结果表明,理气药(香附)、活血药(川芎、赤芍)与补益药(黄芪、归尾)配伍对正常及“血瘀”大鼠血小板聚集均具有明显的抑制作用;这些药物抗血小板聚集作用可能与其降低血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)含量、增加主动脉壁6-酮-前列腺素F(1α)(6-keto-PGF(1α))的生成,调节血栓素A2-前列腺素I2(TXA2-PGI2)平衡系统有关。药物降低血小板5-羟色胺(5-HT含量、抑制5-HT释放也可能是抗血小板聚集作用机理之一。
