Chemico-Enzymatic Synthesis of Sweetener Aspartame

  • 摘要: 为探索天-苯甜二肽生产新技术,以马来酐与L-苯丙氨酸甲酯为原料经化学法缩合成马来酰-L-丙氨酸甲酯,并将后者异构化成富马酰-L-苯丙氨酸甲酯(FPM),收率95%;再以FPM及氨或氨供体为底物,经E.coliCPU8901转化为天-苯甜二肽,产物浓度为5.6mg/ml。
