摘要: 报道了某些３－甲基芬太尼和４－甲氧羰基芬太尼衍生物对家兔的麻醉活性与毒性，并讨论了构效关系。药理试验结果表明，４－甲氧碳基芬太尼类化合物的麻醉活性与安全范围均高于相应的３－甲基芬太尼类化合物。

Abstract: The anesthetic activity and toxicity of some 3-methyl fentanyl and 4-methoxycarbonyl fentanyl analogs were reported. Results showed that the anesthetic activity and safety margin of 4-methoxycarbonyl fentanyl were larger than those of 3-methyl fentanyl.
