摘要: 建立了红霉素的薄层色谱扫描测定方法。研究了展开温度、薄层散射作用、显色条件等因素对红霉素薄层色谱扫描的影响，为选择合适的测定条件提供了依据。讨论了红霉素中红霉素Ａ和红霉素Ｃ的测定，回收率分别为９９．６％和１００．３％。
