Gas Chromatographic Determination of Menthol and Borneol in Zhenjiang Plaster

摘要: 建立了镇江膏药中冰片和薄荷脑的气相色谱测定方法。色谱固定液为１５％ＰＥＧ，两者回收率分别为９８．８０％和１０１．３％。样品直接溶于石油醚中，经过滤后进行分析，对１３个批号样品的测定结果说明该方法适于镇江膏药中冰片和薄荷脑的质量控制。
