摘要: 制备了布洛芬赖氨酸盐及其注射剂，考察了其稳定性和镇痛作用。实验结果表明该注射剂较稳定，室温留样观察２年，含量和色泽变化不大，镇痛作用强于口服等剂量的布洛芬。
