  • 摘要: 某些疾病的病情呈周期性变化，这已导致人们对周期性给药方法的研究，结果表明在某些情况下可提高疗效。本文通过对二房室模型的分析，得出在正弦输入方式下调节最初的给药时间可获得最佳疗效的方案。
