尼莫地平透皮促进剂的研究

摘要: 采用透皮扩散装置和兔皮，进行了尼莫地平透皮促进剂的研究。结果表明：在７５％（Ｖ／Ｖ）乙醇溶液中，促进剂Ａ和油酸合用对尼莫地平的透皮吸收具有协同作用，比单一促进剂有效，２％Ａｚｏｎｃ具有较弱的促进作用，并且降低混合促进剂对尼莫地平的透皮促进效果。
