酮基布洛芬搽剂透皮扩散及其抗炎作用

In Vitro Percutaneous Absorption of Ketoprofen Liniment and Its Anti-Inflammatory Activity on Carrageenin-Induced Paw Edema in Rat

摘要: 用离体小鼠皮肤进行了体外酮基布洛芬搽剂的透皮扩散试验,并用角叉菜胶致炎的大鼠进行了抗炎试验。结果表明:酮基布洛芬搽剂有良好的透皮率,8h内累积释药量为24.72％。该搽剂透皮释药属零级动力学过程,透皮释药速率为3.801％/h。对角叉菜胶所致的大鼠关节炎,酮基布洛芬搽剂显示出强的抑制作用,其作用大于吲哚美辛搽剂(P<0.01)。
