咳喘涂膜剂的研制

Studies on Films for the Treatment of Cough and Asthma

摘要: 根据穴位用药的特殊疗效,采用正交设计法筛选处方研制了咳喘涂膜剂,成膜时间4min左右,所成膜可塑性好,无不良刺激性,使用方便。药理试验表明,本品有显著的镇咳、平喘作用。为控制产品质量采用双波长薄层扫描法测定该涂膜剂中黄芩甙的含量。

Abstract: This paper deals with the preparation of the films for the treatment of cough and asthma. The films have good plasticity and form pellicle 4 min after putting on the skin, thus, it is convenient to be used. These films show a remarkable healing effect in
