Determination of Betahistine in Plasma with GC-Alkal Flame Ionization Detector

  • 摘要: 建立了气相色谱-碱焰离子化检测大鼠血浆中眩晕啶浓度。本法在0.05~0.70μg/ml血浓范围内线性相关(r=0.9999),平均回收率为95.76%,重现性好(CW<5%),适合眩晕啶血药浓度测定及其动力学研究。
