肝素修饰人血SOD在家兔血液中的稳定性及在小鼠体内的抗凝血作用

Study on the Stability of Heparin Modified Human Erythrocyte SOD in Rabbit Blood and Its Anticoagulative Effect in Mice

  • 摘要: 报道了肝素修饰的人血SOD在家兔血液中的稳定性及在小鼠体内的抗凝血作用。与天然SOD相比,修饰酶在血液中的稳定性明显提高,半衰期由天然SOD的10min延长至62min,同时修饰酶仍保持肝素的抗凝血作用。
