望天树根皮三萜类成分的分离鉴定

Triterpenes from Root Bark of Shorea wangtianshuea

摘要: 从望天树根皮的乙醇提取物中分离得到５个三萜化合物，分别鉴定为无羁萜（Ⅰ）、无羁萜－２９－酸（Ⅱ）、乙酰齐墩果酸（Ⅲ）、咖啡酰齐墩果酸（Ⅳ）、桦皮酸（Ⅳ）。其中化合物Ⅳ对四氯化碳引起的小鼠实验性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。
