两种红豆杉属植物细胞培养技术的建立和优化

Establishment and Optimization of Cell Culture of Taxus Sp.

  • 摘要: 对两种红豆杉属植物细胞培养技术进行了研究,建立了Taxusmedia和Taxusbrevifolia的细胞培养技术和方法。通过培养基优化筛选试验成功地诱导获得了12个细胞株系,通过不同激素试验使细胞生长量大幅度提高,细胞月增长量达13倍,每升培养基每月干细胞产量达16.11g,取得了较好的培养效果,为细胞培养工厂化生产提供了理论依据,为扩大高效抗癌植物资源红豆杉提供了新途径。
