HPLC Analysis of Jolkinolide B in the Roots of EuphorbiaPlants

摘要: 用ＨＰＬＣ法对大戟属的８种狼毒中的ＪｏｌｋｉｎｏｌｉｄｅＢ进行了定性定量分析。结果表明，ＪｏｌｋｉｎｏｌｉｄｅＢ只分布于狼毒大戟（０．０１７％￣０．１７％）、大狼毒（０．００４６％）和鸡肠狼毒（０．０００４％）中，同时，对狼毒大戟不同产地及不同商品来源的药材亦做了含量测定。
