摘要: 报道了肝素对人血超氧化物歧化酶的化学修饰作用，并对修饰酶与天然酶的稳定性进行了比较研究，结果表明：修饰酶冻干品活力为天然酶的７０％，比活为４２０００ｕ／ｍｇ；修饰酶的热稳定性、酸碱稳定性及抗蛋白水解能力均比天然酶有较大的提高。Abstract: The modification of the side chain amino-group of the human erythrocyte superoxide dismutase by use of heparin was studied and some of the stabilities of modified and native enzyme were also studied.The results indicated the medified enzyme retained 70%of
