Preparation and Characterization of Two Coordination Compounds Between Cu or Ni and 1-Hydroxy-2 (1H)-Pyridinethione

  • 摘要: 为开发过渡金属配合物药物,研究过渡金属配合物的结构和性质,合成了Cu(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)-2-巯基吡啶-N-氧化物两种配合物。通过元素分析得到配合物的组成;利用红外光谱确证了配体和中心原子之间的键合方式;摩尔电导表明在有机溶剂DMSO中,配体与中心原子之间的化学键为非离子型,配合物以非电解质形式存在;紫外光谱表明中心原子对配体的共轭体系有一定的影响。

     

    Abstract: Two coordination compounds,CuP2 and NiP2 were prepared and characterized by IR and UV spectra.They are all insoluble in common organic solvents except DMSO.The conductivities of compounds in DMSO show that they are all non-electrolyes.
